When A.H. Hirsch commissioned his now-legendary batch of bourbon in 1974, he laid the foundation for Hirsch to become the gold standard for thoughtfully selected American Whiskey expressions.

Created in 1763, Hine is armed with 259 years of attention to detail from the early work in the vineyards to the art of blendingthe finest eaux-de-vie.

72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley
7.5 years old
63.5% abv or 127 proof
Finished in 30 year old Hine XO barrels

Notes of dusty cherry and charred citrus with overripe stone fruit, fresh raisin, w/ flavors continuing to develop. Hints of ginger, black pepper, allspice leather, orange cream, savory caramel, brown sugar, chocolate covered cherries, dates and plum, cinnamon, nuts, caramel apple, honey sweetness, cardamom, saffron, tobacco, apricot plum, the list goes on and on.
