Cask strength blended Irish whiskey independently blended and bottled by Two Stacks. The same 5-part whiskey blend as Two Stacks ‘The First Cut’. Distilled at The Great Northern Distillery (GND), Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland A 5-part blend of grain whiskies aged in both ex-bourbon and virgin American oak barrels (80%), double-distilled, un-peated single-malt (10%), double-distilled peated, single malt (2%) & Single Irish pot still whiskey (8%) Age range of 3.5–4.5 years. Dried tobacco, grilled pineapple, and light peat on the nose; concentrated shortbread, caramel and fruit on the palate. This high-octane dram benefits from a few drops of water, transitioning this lush whiskey to a pineapple-upside-down-cake dream with lingering notes of sherry & leather. Non-chill filtered; 65% ABV
