New Southern Revival Rye is a celebration of the diverse agricultural traditions of South Carolina. We work with local farms to source only the highest quality, heirloom grains. Distilled from a mash of 100% raw Abruzzi Rye, this rye whiskey is rich, spicy, and floral with complex flavors.

We work with local farms to source the most flavorful grains available and develop our recipes using a culinary approach. This Rye Whiskey is made with a locally sourced 100% Wrens Abruzzi rye, an heirloom grain grown in the Carolinas for centuries and prized for its hardy backbone and complex nutty flavors. They process the rye in its raw (unmalted) state allowing the rich cereal sweetness of this flavorful grain to shine through.
