Description
Distilled, aged, and bottled by hand in New Jersey! This small batch straight bourbon is aged for a minimum of 2 years in char 3 new American oak barrels. Made with a locally distilled mashbill featuring 71% Pennsylvania corn, 17% New Jersey rye, and 12% Delaware malted barley. Tasting notes: vanilla, caramelized honey clover, earthy tobacco, star anise, and black pepper.

For locations in Hunterdon, Somerset and Morristown counties delivery is just $15 per order under $300, or free for all orders over $300. We also deliver to the greater Princeton area for $30 on orders over $500.
