Santanera is a newer Tequila producer stemming from a family that has a long history of Tequila-making. Their focus is on organic farming and obtaining as many certifications as possible to showcase respect to the land and traditions. This is called their "Anejo Blend" because it is a blend of 79% two-year-old Añejo and 21% five-year-old Extra Añejo. Aromas & flavors of baked sweet potato, subtle cloves and baking spice, orange zest, hazelnut, caramel cream, and just a hint of vanilla.
