High Wire Distilling Co. Jimmy Red 10th Anniversary Single Farm Release Bourbon Whiskey

Jimmy Red Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a celebration of the diverse argicultural traditions of our region. A true revivial spirit, this whiskey began as a labor of love to save Jimmy Red Corn from near extinction. Little did we know we were preserving some of the finest whiskey corn in the country.

In celebration of our 10 year anniversary, we are pleased to offer this very first Bottled-in-Bond expression of our beloved Jimmy Red Bourbon Whiskey. This limited release was distilled from Jimmy Red Corn grown in the same season on the same farm in Darlington, South Carolina. This one-of-a-kind bottling highlights, not only our dedication to this unique heirloom varietal, but also the inseparable bond between agriculture, whiskey, and this place that nutures them both.

We're incredibly excited to launch our first Bottled-in-Bond release of Jimmy Red Bourbon Whiskey. Not only is this spirit over four years old, it was also produced from grain grown in the same growing season by Campbell Coxe at his farm, Plumfield, in Darlington, SC. We believe it to be the first singl estate, bottled-in-bond whiskey produced in modern times.
