Domaine de Sulauze Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Pomponette Rose 2024

Domaine de Sulauze was founded by husband-and-wife team Guillaume and Karina Lefevre. With a little savings and help from the French government, the duo transformed what was once an old cooperative into a demeter-certified biodynamic estate vibrant with polyculture. The vineyards are grown on sandy-limestone soils ('Sulauze' or 'On Limestone') utilizing the classic provencal varieties common to this terroir. Although low intervention is important to the Lefevres, purity and deliciousness remains a paramount constant in the finished wine.

Pomponette contains a classic color, racy acidity, and a beautiful complexity.

It's a Cree favorite that is sure to be enjoyed.
