Vineyards - Sourced from the following vineyards: from Barolo - Cannubi, Sarmassa and Vignane, from Castiglione Falletto - Codana, from La Morra - Rocche dell'Annunziata and Boiolo.The parcels total about three hectares.
Orientation - South - Southeast.
Soil - Various soils - compact sand alternating with sandstone in Barolo and Castiglione Falletto, more clay with limestone in La Morra.
Viticulture - Hand-harvested. VIneyards planted between 1980 and 1990.
Vinification - Fermented for 25 to 30 days partly in cement tanks and partly in stainless steel. After the parcels are fermented separately they are assembled into 50 HL casks where they age for about three years. Aged for an additional 6 months or more in bottle before release.

For locations in Hunterdon, Somerset and Morristown counties delivery is just $15 per order under $300, or free for all orders over $300. We also deliver to the greater Princeton area for $30 on orders over $500.

If you like in a state where we can ship, we'll arrange shipping on your behalf to a second or third party shipper. Shipments typically take 1-2 weeks before leaving our premises, depending on the region.
